Our Young Producers youth leadership scheme enables young people at risk of becoming NEET to develop skills and experience across theatre; in producing, directing, design and technical roles.  Currently made up of 10 youth theatre members aged 13-16, from across all three communities, the group come together to take part in masterclasses with professionals from comparable backgrounds to their own, visit arts and culture venues across the city, and contribute to Brave Words professional productions.
